Does anyone remember a "wind up" camera clock drive used for astrophotography? - wind up clock

Back in the 70s, advirtised astronomy magazine Sky & Telescope "for" clock camera unit, which I think, German built and used to the stars, planets, etc. It is quite acturate and supposibly track was not so expensive (I bought one, but long since forgotten what happened). If anyone has the name, or if they still do? Is there a place on the Internet that has a picture of it?
